Overview
Attorney Joseph M. Leal III has represented clients in personal injury and other matters in Arizona for more than thirty years. Before joining Cole & Leal, Mr. Leal was the managing trial attorney for a major downtown Phoenix law firm.
Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Leal attended college on a track and field scholarship, then went on to attend law school, graduating with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law.
When clients have been wrongly injured, most of them seek only to recover fair compensation for the damages and injuries they sustained.
In many cases, those responsible for causing damages seek to avoid responsibility. Insurance companies and their lawyers often deny fault and try to shift the blame onto the injured or others.
They often engage in tactics such as making unreasonably low settlement offers because they know that the injured may be in difficult financial circumstances.
My Firm and I Are There to Protect the Injured and Their Rights
We work tirelessly toward getting the injured full compensation for their injuries and damages. We work hard to prove our clients’ cases as early as possible in the litigation process with the goal of seeking a fair settlement from those who have caused injury. If an acceptable settlement cannot be obtained, we position our clients so that we are in a good position at trial to prove their case and the damages that they have sustained.
If you have been injured in an accident, or a family member has been killed, please call me so that we can schedule a meeting with you at your convenience. We fully embrace new technologies and can meet in person or by videoconferencing. There is no fee or obligation for this meeting. Once I learn about the facts and circumstances of your case, I can advise you as to how my firm and I may be able to help.
If you retain us, we will work for you on a contingency fee basis. This means that you will not owe us for any fees unless and until we recover compensation for you.
